CHA Certified Riding instructor (English and Western)

C.H.A. (Certified Horseman's association) is a equestrian association designed to certify instructors in a group riding situation with an emphasis on safety. Instructors go through a rigorous testing process designed to test their horse knowledge and be able to teach beginners safely. Instructors must go through continuing education to remain certified. Ken McNabb Apprentice

Apprentices stay at the Powderhorn ranch in Douglass Wyoming and are provided horses to train that are in Ken's program. Ken Supervises all the training as well as teaching his apprentices new training methods. Ken's website: http://www.kenmcnabb.com/

Western Dressage Association of America "Train the Trainers" Graduate

A program for professional trainers covering all aspects of western dressage, the tests, what the judges are looking for, gaits and movements. Graduates have a through knowledge of western dressage and are qualified to teach it.  Alex attended TTT in February 2014 in Lumberton NC. !
